Tyrone has been involved in several good causes as a collegiate athlete, as well as with the Tennessee Titans. He served as a volunteer for the track competitions for the Special Olympics for two years while attending Middle Tennessee State University. As a Titan, he got the chance to head back to his old stomping grounds at Millington (Tenn.) South Elementary as part of the Titans Caravan VII during the 2004 offseason. He spoke to the students about making positive choices in their lives.
